RETURNS AND REFUNDS

www.bluebutterflyservices.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

 

 1:  We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Refunds are only offered on faulty items.

 2:  Should you wish to return your order, due to an item being faulty, please notify us within 14 days of purchase. (Christmas Island & Norfolk Island within 30 days) If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased.

 

 3:  Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 4:  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
